High School Addition projects at Eastlake & Redmond To address short and long-term capacity needs, this multi-phase program may include but is not limited to interior renovations to existing buildings, site improvements, classroom addition (up to 12 classrooms at each site) and core additions at Redmond High School in Redmond, WA and Eastlake High School in Sammamish, WA. The district and design team will evaluate needs and priorities of which phasing will be determined in collaboration with the awarded GC/CM. Budget (Guaranteed Maximum Price): $45 Million LWSD is using the GC/CM delivery method to maximize the value of available funding, carefully plan, and execute work on this project. LWSD desires to retain the GC/CM as a project partner in the design development stage to define the most efficient and effective method and approach to phasing and staging, integrated safety practices, high performance building goals, and the overall delivery schedule. Collaborative GC/CM procurement will optimize the combined work of the Owner-Architect-Contractor team to promote innovative design and the best construction value to LWSD.
