Site work for a mixed-use development in Langley, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Corporation of the Township of Langley invites tenders for: Replacement of the Matheson Creek tributary culvert crossing located at the 20100 block of 64 Ave. Work includes but is not limited to: Removal and offsite disposal of existing retaining walls and an 2100mm CMP culvert. Installation of 10.70 metres of 2438mm wide x 2438mm high pre-cast concrete box culvert supplied by the Township. Creek and drainage diversion/bypass for the duration of construction. Extension and tie-in of existing storm infrastructure into the new box culvert. Installation of Lock-Block retaining structure on south side of roadway. All works at downstream end of culvert, including pre-cast concrete headwall installation (supplied by Township), riprap placement, rock weir construction, and creek bed improvements. Coordination with third-party utility companies to protect BC Hydro power pole. Road, curb, sidewalk, and median reconstruction Other miscellaneous and incidental works as described in the Contract Documents.
