Renovation of a fire / police facility in Tiskilwa, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Bids are to meet the following minimum requirements: o Install perimeter blocking to height of new insulation o Mechanically fasten 1.5" EPS flute fill insulation and 1/2 " high density cover board o Mechanically fasten 60 mil TPO complete with TPO flashings o Fabricate and install 24-gauge prefinished gravel stop and drip edge in standard color o Furnish twenty (20) year 72 MPH manufacturer's warranty o Remove all work related material and debris o All work to be performed in a good and workmanlike manner meeting industry standards and with not less than a one year contractors warranty on installation and materials The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids after evaluation of bids for either budgetary reasons, a change in the procurement plans of the District, or the failure of any or all bids to be non-responsive or not responsible as determined by the Board of Trustees.
