Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Scope of work shall include the following: o Project Management and coordination of civil and site improvements relating to the basketball Court Replacement per the attached design package. o Contractor related health and safety for the civil and site improvements. o Confirm utility locates for school and daylight where necessary to avoid potential buried hazards. o Secure the "construction zone" to protect students, staff and the general public, as well as your Team. o Provide and post appropriate signage to warn and direct users of the site. o Conduct regular communications with the project team during the program. o Supply all necessary equipment, labour and materials to complete the civil and site improvements outlined herein, including the accompanying drawing package. o Finish work as outlined. o Geotechnical reports provided for reference and consideration in bid preparation. Estimated Duration of Contract (months): 6 Any requests for clarification arising from omissions, discrepancies, or ambiguities, must be made in writing no later than five (5) working days prior to the closing date, not including the closing date. Replies to requests for clarification, if required, will be made in the form of written addenda, copies of which will be posted on the Procurement Nova Scotia Tender Web Portal no later than three (3) working days prior to the date of closing, not including the closing date.
