The City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida (City) is seeking bids from qualified bidders, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to provide construction services for the City's Parks and Recreation Department, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). This project is located a 100 N Victoria Park Road t, in the City of Fort Lauderdale. The work includes, but is not limited to, site improvements such as clearing and grubbing, removal of existing signs, benches, trash receptacles, trees, installation of tree protection barriers, cut & fill gradings, and demolition of gravel paths. In addition, ADA trail improvements such as installation of handrails, geoweb pavement system, #89, #1, #4, and #57stones, limerock, drain system, concrete pads by steps, and sod. Exterior improvements include kayak launch grading, stabilization revetment with limerock, #57 and #89 stones/gravel, mobi-mat installation, and site stabilization with type 1, 2, and site rock revetment. Other site improvements include furnishing and installation of signs, benches with handles, trash receptacles, posts and ropes, and concrete pads. Licensing Requirements: Possession of a State of Florida General Contractor License, or State of Florida Building Contractor License is required for this Project.
