These specifications are for furnishing Liquid Aluminum Sulfate (Liquid Alum) in conformance with the requirements set forth herein and delivered to the Water Division in FOB shipments at Topeka, Kansas, Water Treatment Plant. Bids shall be for furnishing twelve (12) month supply of Liquid Alum in bulk, for the period July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. The estimated quantity is 350 tons (on a dry ton basis) for the twelve (12) month supply.
