Office of Facilities and Property Management (OFPM) desires to establish a new contract for procuring Miscellaneous Building Materials. Contract will be awarded for a two (2) year period with three (3) annual renewals for a total of 5 years. The Department of Administration and the Office of Facilities and Property Management (OFPM) repairs and maintains a variety of aged buildings, as well as new facilities. OFPM will purchase various miscellaneous building materials through this contract when it deems necessary The following list provides the range of expected items to be purchased under this contract: Concrete Block Bagged Concrete / Rebar Ceiling Materials Doors & Windows Sheetrock / Drywall related materials (joint compound, texture, joint tape, edge strips, etc.) Plywood / Hardwood Wood or Metal Studs Insulation Equipment Rentals Fencing Flooring / Ram Board Roofing Basis of Award: OFPM will award this contract to multiple suppliers, to allow for competitive pricing for a particular item that one or more suppliers may stock and handle. Upon request, the Contractor shall present an affidavit of Worker's Compensation, Public Liability, and Property Damage Insurance to Procurement and Contracts. The State reserves the right to reject bid responses which contain errors.
