Granular Quicklime. SCOPE These specifications are for furnishing Granular Quicklime in conformance with the requirements set forth herein and delivered to the Water Division in FOB shipments at Topeka, Kansas, Water Treatment Plant. Bids shall be for furnishing twelve (12) month supply of Granular Quicklime for the period July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. The estimated quantity is 7,000 tons for the twelve (12) month supply. The quantity listed is an estimated supply only and the City of Topeka Water Division reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity. The City reserves the right to award to more than one bidder (primary supplier and secondary supplier) to insure an uninterrupted supply of product.
