The Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (KCATA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms interested in providing field observation and administration services for Administrative Office Renovation ("AOR") Building One Project. Specifically, the following construction administration tasks are required to be provided through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ): o Construction Administration (CA) o Construction Observation ("Inspectors") This project is funded in part with Federal Transit Administration (FTA) grants. There is a 25.5% Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal established for this project. DBE firms are encouraged to submit proposals as prime contractors, joint ventures, or subcontractors. See Section 3.10 for more information on KCATA's policy regarding KCATA's diversity programs. Pre-Proposal Questions.
