The Virginia Department of Transportation herein referred to as "VDOT" is soliciting bids from interested firms to perform performance-based, planned by route tree pruning services, limited tree removal services in accordance of the performance specifications herein, within the Lynchburg District along highway rights-of-way within Appomattox, Buckingham, Campbell, Cumberland, Halifax and Prince Edward counties. Awards will be made on a Grand Total basis. Lines are identified as follows: Line 1: Fiscal Year 2025 as identified in attachment-L Line 2: Fiscal Year 2026 as identified in attachment-L Line 3: Fiscal Year 2027 as identified in attachment-L PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From date of award (start date 6/10/2024) through 6/20/2027 (non-renewable) Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be submitted in writing to nasir.chhipa@vdot.virginia.gov no later than 5 business days, prior to the closing date. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised.
