The project consists of drilling, construction, development and testing of one (1) new potable water supply well, designated Well 29, using a twopass reverse-circulation rotary drilling method, and including site preparation, conductor and sanitary seal installation, pilot borehole drilling, geophysical logging, isolated aquifer zone testing, borehole reaming, casing installation, gravel envelope installation, annular seal installation, well development, completion of the well head, and/or any other work as necessary to complete well installation as described and all other work and materials to complete the contract work. The successful Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, transportation, tools, supplies, plant, equipment, and appurtenances, unless specifically excepted, for the satisfactory completion of the entire contract work, in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings.
