Renovation of a municipal facility in Blaine, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Apparent Low bidder: Northland- $158,500 The Project consists of the replacement of existing AHU-4 and AHU-5 1. Work under this Contract includes: a. Building Enclosure: 1) Patching of existing BU roofing systems and associated curbs as required for new AHU's. b. Mechanical Systems: 1) Ventilation to include, air handlers, unit ventilators, fan coils, ductwork. 2) Temperature control system. c. Electrical Systems: 1) Fire alarm system modifica. F. Keep Architect fully informed about progress of the work, performance of the work and potential problems.
