a. Project Location: Work shall be performed under this Contract on the campus of The University of Iowa at Iowa Baseball Stadium and Duane Banks Field, 960 Evashevski Drive, Iowa City, Iowa 52246. b. The Constructor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment necessary for, and incidental to, construction of this project as indicated on Drawings dated April 03, 2024. c. Work shall include everything requisite and necessary to finish work properly, notwithstanding that not every item of labor or materials or accessories required to make project complete may be specifically mentioned. d. General Description of Work: Project consists of enlarging of the first and third baseline dugouts, grading and below turf alterations, and new field lighting installation including four (4) deep precast pole foundations, four (4) new light poles, and eight (8) new stadium lights with power feeds, and controls. The certified Iowa TSB participation goal for this project is 10 percent (10%) of the Base Bid.
