The City reserves the right to award the contract to the next most qualified Contractor if the successful Contractor execute a contract within ten (10) days after the award of the proposal. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall perform the following services in accordance with the requirements as defined and noted herein: 1. The primary project objectives are to address structural, waterproofing, and facade repairs at the parking structure; repair or improve the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; and paint portions of the garage for improved aesthetics. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: b. Concrete repairs 2. Post-tensioning tendon and anchorage repairs 3. Joint sealant replacement 4. Expansion joint seal replacement 5. Traffic coating (membrane) installation and silane sealer installation 6. Supplemental drain installation and drain bowl replacement 7. Stair tread, riser, and landing repairs 8. Elevator lobby floor slab repairs 9. Perimeter brick coping repairs 10.Masonry and flashing repairs 11.Facade cleaning and cleaning of localized interior staining 12.Restriping all pavement markings 13.Architectural coating (non-elastomeric) installation 14.Steel coating installation 15.Elastomeric coating installation 16.Curtain wall and glazing repairs 17.Roofing replacement at stair towers 18.Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs and improvements 19.Alternate work items include, but are not limited to, the following activities: a. Sheet metal coping replacement b. Limestone coping replacement c. Installation of additional traffic bearing membrane regions at Level 3 d. Architectural coating (non-elastomeric) installation at upper levels. 20.The Contractor shall be responsible for the disposal of all materials in a safe and legal manner. 21.The Contractor shall operate in a safe manner and will observe all MIOSHA guidelines. 22.The Contractor shall provide any and all manuals and/or warranty information related to this project to the City upon completion of the project, as specified in this ITB. 23.This section and referenced documents shall constitute the Scope of Work for this project and as such all requi
