Removal of flooring and concrete Wet cutting of floor to reduce the dust only cut to the bottom of the slab don't go any deeper than the slab to reduce the damage of unknown utilities Removal of all 4-inch cast line Inspection of all lines that feed into the 4-inch line after removal (camera inspection) Removal of contemned dirt if breaks are found Repack ditch with sand insure there is no soft spots Replacement of 4-inch line approx. 300 feet tie in all existing lines and clean outs with Schedule 40 DWV PVC Re camera to ensure all lines were tied in (school Maintenance staff mut be there to confirm) Install 3 additional 2-way cleanouts (location TBD) Ensure line is at the correct flow line with no low spots Cover line with sand and pack Replace the concrete with 3500 psi mix and dowel with #4 rebar on edges every 16 inches on each side concrete must be level to existing so flooring can be reinstalled Final clean up removal of all old material and clean area as your found it when you started
