The Project May Include Up to Approximately 14,000-sf of Sidewalk, 12,500-lf of Curb and 56 Ada Ramps and 49 Driveway Aprons at Various Locations. Final Quantities Will Deviate as Property Owners Will Be Given Time to Complete the Work on Their Own. Final Quantities and Actual Limits of Work Will Be Marked in the Field by the Engineer Prior to Construction. Work shall consist of the replacement of concrete curb and sidewalk and installation of new and modification of existing ADA ramps, performed in accordance with the contract documents. The work will be performed primarily on West Keller Street, West Coover Street, South George Street, South Broad Street, South West Street, East Coover Street, West Portland Street, Norway Street, York Circle, North Race Street, East Schoolside Drive in the Borough. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates Will Apply to This Contract. Bids Must Be Submitted Unconditionally.
