The "BidCaster Notification" will be sent to the e-mail address on record. WITHDRAWAL OF BIDS Withdrawal of Bids will be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. RIGHT TO WAIVE OR REJECT The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. BID SECURITY Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents.
