Rehabilitation and/or reconstruction of four (4) homes funded under the Town's Community Development Block Grant - Neighborhood Revitalization (CDBGNR)program. The bidder must be licensed as a NC General Contractor if the individual unit bidis greater than $30,000. Contracts will be awarded based ona competitive bidding process.
