Demolition and site work for a residential development in Dunmore, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development.

The bid shall be submitted in a sealed envelope containing Bid Proposal and Bid Bond or certified check and shall be addressed to the Borough of Dunmore, and shall be plainly marked with the wording, "2024 Blighted Property Demolition Project" The project consists of the demolition and disposal of all contents for the entire property. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashiers check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to The Borough of Dunmore. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions there of or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this bid is mailed or delivered to the successful bidder within ten (10) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the bid is withdrawn, the said bidder agrees to execute and deliver the Project Agreement in the form prescribed by the borough or forfeit said bid bond. Only those bidders in attendance will receive the Project Specifications and addenda to the project. The Borough of Dunmore is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and qualified bids of contractors will receive equal consideration without regard to Race, Color, Religion, Creed, Ancestry, national Origin, Gender or Sexual Orientation.
