Site work for a golf course in Newark, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
The work covered in this Section is intended to provide all suitable fill necessary for construction of all golf course features, to provide contouring suitable for the golf course and the establishment of turf, to provide sufficient and complete surface drainage, and to eliminate all blind shots on the golf course so the G.C.A. is able to see the shoulders of the group ahead as the golf hole is being played. The Plans are not intended to provide exact measurements for earthmoving quantities but very close. The amount of cut or fill required in any one area may differ from amounts shown on the Plans. Provide the Weequahic Golf Course Improvements as per specifications. All questions must be submitted in writing, to the Office of Purchasing via fax to 973-621-5109, no later than end of business, eight (8) business days prior to the deadline for submission of bids. Project completion to be 210 calendar days after notice to proceed upon approval by the Board of Commissioners.
