Plumbing Construction Bid to Eshenaur & Sons Inc. in the amount of $19,499 The Oswayo Valley School District Invites Bids for, Electrical Construction and Plumbing Construction for the 2022 Capital Improvements Project - Phase 1 Located at 318 Oswayo Street, Shinglehouse Pennsylvania (Oswayo Valley Middle/high School). Construction Start 6/03/2024 Substantial Completion 8/16/2024 All questions regarding obtaining bid documents shall be directed to April Harvey, aharvey@CPLteam.com, 716-701-7009 and project related questions can be directed to Levi Feely, lfeely@CPLteam.com, 716-701-7008. Each Bidder shall deposit with its bid, security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the "Instructions to Bidders." No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual bid opening. Oswayo Valley School District hereby reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any or all Bids or to accept the one that in its judgement will be the best interest of the school district.
