Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Titusville, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.

The scope of the project consists of the removal and replacement of the Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) at the Space Coast Regional Airport in Titusville, Florida. This project requires new ATCT building, site work, paving, grading, drainage, trenching, conduit, conductor, and vault work. This project includes a minor amount of directional boring, earthwork and sodding. The contractor will also be responsible for assisting the Airport with obtaining the site permit and building permit from the City of Titusville Notices to Proceed for the project will be issued upon completion of all preconstruction activities and permitting. Contract time from NTP is 536 calendar days plus 60 Days for Punchlist and Closeout Questions regarding the projects must be submitted in writing via email to: Sue Finney at sfinney@avconinc.com. The last day for questions will be Friday, May 10, 2024 at the close of business. The work must conform to Plans and Specifications, including all Addenda. Copies of the Plans, Specifications, and other Contract Documents may be examined at the office of the Titusville Cocoa Airport Authority by appointment only on or after Monday, April 8, 2024. No proposals may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for receipt of proposals, for a period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) days. A Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the Total Amount Bid must be submitted with the proposal. A Payment Bond and a Performance Bond, each in sum equal to 100% of the amount of the Contract awarded, will be required prior to execution of contract
