Renovation of a conference / convention center in Okaloosa Island, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Okaloosa County, through the Destin-Fort Walton Beach Convention Center (DFWBCC), is seeking qualified proposers to provide 2 (two) portable LED screen systems that can be configured into multiple sizes and dimensions or combined into one large screen. We are seeking the most cost-effective screen systems for primary use in our largest ballroom which is 21,200 sq. ft. (223 ft x 95 ft). The screen systems may also be used in smaller ballrooms, as well as in similarly confined outdoor areas. The systems will be set up and taken down after each event/rental. We will need ONE setup training for each configuration in ONE Ballroom. We will also need training on the operation of the processor. No installation isrequired, but the vendor must deliver and provide onsite training OR allow us to come to their facility to demonstrate setup and operation. LAST DAY FOR QUESTIONS: April 23, 2024 3:00 PM Estimated budget is between $100,000 to $150,000. For the Portable LED Screen System for Destin-Fort Walton Beach Convention Center (DFWBCC) The County reserves the right to award the bid to the lowest responsive respondent and to waive any irregularity or technicality in bids received.
