Vernal City is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to install a 4-foot tall split rail fence that will run alongside the newly installed Discovery Access Trail. The length of the fence is approximately 2000 feet and will tie into the existing fence starting at 1500 South northeast of Quailbrook Subdivision (approximately 850 West) and run parallel to the asphalt trail on the southern property line of Discovery Elementary School (approximately 735 West 1230 South).
