**As of May 24, 2024, This project has been awarded to HRI , with the awarded amount of $54,619.25 .** Furnish and place approximately 497 Tons of Asphalt Base Course, 167 Tons of Asphalt Wearing Course, 16 SY of Trench Repair, and 1 EA of Drainage Survey. Asphalt Escalator Clause is included in this contract. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the contract. A certified check or performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract, made payable to the municipality will be required from the lowest responsible bidder for each contract. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
