The Pennsylvania Game Commission is soliciting electronic bids for the installation of a new roof on the Crew Headquarters State Building #458 on State Game Lands #252 in Gregg Township, Union County. The scope of the project includes removing the existing membrane roof and insulation panels, installing new insulation panels, installing a new membrane roof and installing new metal edging for the roof. Duration: upon award till June 24, 2022 Bidders should visit the site to ascertain the pertinent conditions such as access, site contours, proximity of utilities, structural characteristics of the building and vegetation in the work area. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful bidder. Awarded vendor will be sent a copy of this document and no work will be authorized until the vendor is in receipt of the Purchase Order.
