Project Located At 3256 Levans Road, Coplay, Pennsylvania 18037. All Prospective Bidders Are Encouraged To Attend. The Project For Which Bids Are Being Solicited Is Subject To The Applicable Provisions Of The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Bond With A Corporate Surety Authorized To Do Business In Pennsylvania In The Amount Of Ten Percent (10%) Of The Total Bid Amount. A Performance Bond And A Payment Bond Each In The Amount Of One Hundred Percent (100%) Of The Contract Value With A Corporate Surety Authorized To Do Business In Pennsylvania Must Be Furnished By The Successful Bidder As Detailed In The Contract Documents. North Whitehall Township, In Its Sole And Absolute Discretion, Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any Or All Bids Or To Waive Any Informalities In Bidding.
