To Perform Regularly Scheduled Semi-annual Preventative Maintenance on Bldg 63 Substation and Yard at Tobyhanna Army Depot Ensuring Proper Function and Reliable Power is Provided to the Entire Base. The Contractor Shall Perform Unscheduled/emergency Maintenance as Identified in the the Performance Work Statement That is Within the Solicitation. If Interested, Please Fill Solicitation Accordingly and Also the Attached Pricining Spreadsheet. : The period of performance shall be for one (1) Base Year of twelve (12) months and two (2) 12-month option years. The period of performance reads as follows: Base Year Option Year 1 Option Year 2
