This is a non-personal services contract to provide natural gas pipe operation & maintenance to Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD). Please refer to the Performance Work Statement in the Solicitation and the attachments for complete details. Please email the Contract Specialist (Dean Berkovics) at Dean.M.Berkovics.civ@army.mil with any questions and your completed solicitation document. QUESTIONS: Offerors are advised to submit any questions, regarding this Solicitation, in writing as soon as practical, but no later than three (3) days after the site visit, to the contract specialist via email at dean.m.berkovics.civ@army.mil. Answers will be consolidated and posted to www.sam.gov only in the form of Questions and Answers or, if required, an Amendment to the Solicitation. Questions received after this time may not be answered. If visitors do not possess a TYAD issued Contractor badge, they will be required to present a valid, Government issued photo I.D. to gain access to the base (vehicle registration and insurance may also be required). Information provided at each site visit, as well as answers to any general questions, shall not affect the terms and conditions of the solicitation and/or specifications. Terms remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. Please refer to clause 52.236-27 for Site Visit information.
