Contractor shall provide steam hydro spraying services of the Santa Barbara Marine Center commercial area and Santa Barbara Harbor Patrol building walkway. Service locations: 117,125, and 132 Harbor Way in Santa Barbara Harbor. Steam hydro spraying shall be defined as pressure washing with a "hot" pressure washer in which the temperature at the nozzle is between 180-200 degrees in order to remove soil as well as sanitize. In accordance with Civil Code 9550, if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid License Requirements C-61/D-38 Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 04/09/2024 12:00 PM (PDT)
