The City of Santa Barbara (City) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified environmental consulting firms to establish a pre-qualified on-call list of firms to provide hazardous materials assessments, testing, and disposal services, that will be provided on an "as-needed" basis for the Public Works Department. Other Details The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish an on-call list of experienced and qualified environmental consultants with the ability to provide timely and efficient technical services for hazardous materials assessments, testing, and disposal. The City intends for the on-call contract(s) will serve the entire Public Works Department, which may include, but not be limited to streets, water, wastewater, airport, and facilities projects. To minimize response time and meet deadlines, time and materials task orders will be negotiated, so that the Consultant's assistance will be available in response to the City's needs as they arise.
