Saving Project...

New construction and renovation of a military facility in Bluffdale, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility; and for the construction of a military facility.

Project Description: Repair building 5020 which includes the following: replace all exterior windows, storefront, and doors in building, framed roof, electrical devices, wiring and panels from electrical MDP, ceiling tiles, flooring covering, metal soffit and rain gutters with downspouts, standing metal seam roof, fire riser and sprinklers, latrines and shower, HVAC system - remove old from attic and relocate inside the building, EFIS exterior wall finish over entire building. Update floor plan to users' needs and current code requirements. Paint interior. Each contractor shall carry a $200,000 contingency in base bid.
