The park has been open since approximately 2004. The pavilions were installed after the park had opened, around 2006, and have original paint. The two pavilions vary in size with the large pavilion being 30x60 and the small pavilion at 20x30. The restroom/shop building has been stained once and is approximately 37x60. Much of this building has decorative cinder block walls. All of the structures need improvements, repairs, and paint. The County would like to have the wood-stained fascia trim painted, and block walls on the entire building power-washed.
