Anticipated Contract Start Date May 16, 2024 A bid security of not less than 5% of the bid price is required when the price is estimated to be $50,000 or more. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond will be required as part of the contract if the proposal amount exceeds $150,000. Include bonding costs as part of proposal as required. The Agency/Institution may reject a quote, waive informalities, and minor irregularities, or accept any portion.
