Question Deadline 07/29/2026 at 3:00 PM ET Questions pertaining to this Invitation For Bid must be submitted by via email to DPUConstructionBids@columbus.gov. This project consists of the replacement of the existing modified asphalt multi- ply builtup roofing system and insulation on a portion of the SMOC Facility, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, special provisions, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). This is a commercial roof replacement project involving removal and replacement of existing modified asphalt multi-ply built-up roofing system and insulation on a portion of the Sewer Maintenance Operations Center facility. All questions concerning this bid are to reference the project number and the project name and be sent to DPUConstructionBids@columbus.gov. No phone calls concerning questions about the bid will be accepted.
