Reference Number 0000348880 Construction Project Management Services for East Irondequoit CSD The purpose of this request for proposals ("RFP") is to help the East Irondequoit Central School District ("District") select a qualified firm to provide a full-time Construction Manager during the construction phase and a part-time Construction Manager for the same project during for preconstruction (schematic design, design development, construction document) and post construction (bidding phases and close-out services) services for an anticipated $40,000,000.00 capital improvement project with a planned referendum in December 2024, (see "EXPECTED SCOPE OF SERVICES" for brief summary of work) and for other services as needed including: collaborate with the project architect; prepare and update as needed a project schedule; coordinate the activities of multiple contractors to meet the milestone dates set forth in the project schedule; provide cost estimating and accounting services; provide project status reports; coordinate construction in compliance with the Contract Documents; provide services during the pre-referendum stage of the project, and provide related professional services.
