12,672 linear feet of 8" CIPP Sewer lining, and other miscellaneous related work in order to successfully rehabilitate the existing sanitary sewer system. All work under contract must be completed by 11/01/2024 No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of City of Northfield, Minnesota. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the awarded bid.
