This requirement is for realignment and refurbishment of the Terminal Radar Approach Control Facility (TRACON) at the Muskegon County Airport (MKG) in Muskegon, Michigan and the Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR) in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The FAA is exempt from state and local taxes; however, this exemption does not pass through to the contractor. The contractor will be responsible for all state, local and other applicable taxes. All contractors must have an active registration in SAM (sam.gov) in order to receive contract award.
