CITY OF BENDMINOR HOT MIXED ASPHALT CONCRETE (MHMAC) The City of Bend invites bids to establish a Price Agreement(s) for the purchase of Minor Hot Mixed Asphalt Concrete (MHMAC). The initial term of the awarded Price Agreement will be for one year with an option to extend for 4 (four) additional one-year terms, not to exceed a total term of five years Bids must be physically received by the deadline listed below. Please contact the Issuing Officer no later than two (2) business days prior to Bid due date to make arrangements ahead of time for an in-person submission. Hard copies will not be accepted unless the Bidder has made arrangements ahead of time. If a hard copy of the Bid is submitted without prior coordination with the Issuing Officer, the Bid will be returned (unopened) to the Bidder without consideration. No faxed or emailed submissions will be accepted. The City of Bend reserves the right to: 1) reject any or all bids not in compliance with public bidding procedures, 2) to postpone award of the contact for a period not to exceed sixty days from the date of bid opening, 3) to waive informalities in the bids, and 4) to select the bid which appears to be in the interest of the City.
