Renovation of a municipal facility in Macclenny, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Turnkey purchase and installation of a brand new generator, fuel tank, transfer switch and concrete pad to perform during emergency power outages in the Courthouse. The Baker County Board of County Commissioners is seeking sealed proposals from qualified General or Electrical contractors to provide labor, materials, supplies, services, etc to provide and install a first-time generator set in the Baker County Courthouse, located at 339 E. Macclenny Ave, Macclenny FL 32063. The County Courthouse has been designated a building of historic significance, therefore the proposed generator plan must be approved by the Baker County Historical Society prior to commencement of work. The deadline to submit questions is January 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Questions shall be submitted in writing to Sara Little, County Manager at sara.little@bakercountyfl.org. The County is seeking a lump sum price for a turn-key project. The County reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to reject any or all Bids, to cancel or withdraw this solicitation at any time and waive any irregularities in the Solicitation process. No faxed Proposals will be accepted. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
