Site work and renovation of a residential development in Macclenny, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Project includes three (3) owner occupied rehabilitation projects consisting of various repairs including roofing, septic, windows, electrical and plumbing. Bids received after the time and date specified will not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the Bidder. WBE/MBE/DBE firms are encouraged to participate. Baker County is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Baker County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. The SHIP Program is requesting re-submission of bids submitted 4/26/2024 as they were not submitted with the program required documents Project #2024-04 includes two (2) Demolition New Construction site-built homes including two (2) Well and Septic systems. Project #2024-05 includes three (3) owner occupied rehabilitation projects consisting of various repairs including roofing, septic, windows, electrical and plumbing.
