Site Locations: Baker County Middle School, 11 Jonathan Street , Macclenny, Florida, 32063 Baker County High School, 1 Wildcat Dr., Glen St. Mary, Florida, 32040 Westside Elementary School, One Panther Circle, Glen St. Mary, Florida, 32040 Macclenny Elementary School, 1 Wild Kitten Dr., Macclenny, Florida, 32063 Keller Intermediate School, 418 South Eighth Street, Macclenny, Florida 32063 Bidder agrees to commence the work under this Contract on a date to be specified in a written Notice to Proceed and shall Substantially Complete all work thereunder within 150 consecutive calendar days. Additional Contract Time shall not be granted except by Change Order. This time includes average rain days and holidays. Question Deadline 12/04/2024 WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The work includes generally but is not limited to: 1. Baker County Middle School: The work includes generally but is not limited to removal of the existing wood cased opening and installation of new hollow metal doors, frame, and hardware. The doors will be glazed with expanded metal mesh for screening. 2. Baker County High School: Provide and install 5 new overhead roll up doors at the open-air area of building 9. One opening will require a structural steel beam to be added to support the roll up door hood. 3. Westside Elementary School: a. Provide new pre-engineered aluminum walkway canopy including concrete foundations to connect the existing school canopy with the existing recently completed exterior covered play structure. b. Provide electrical power at the existing play structure as indicated. 4. Macclenny Elementary School: Provide new pre-engineered aluminum entrance canopy including concrete foundations at two entrances to Area B. 5. Keller Intermediate School: Provide new pre-engineered aluminum entrance canopy, including concrete foundations, at Keller Intermediate School, Building 16
