Demolition, site work and addition to an educational facility in Malta, Idaho. Completed plans call for the addition of a 6,528-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Project Description: This project consists of demolition of the existing locker rooms and storage areas on the old gymnasium. A new wrestling room, locker areas and storage areas will be constructed. The new addition is approx. 6528 SF. It is anticipated that the Project will be completed in two hundred forty-five (245) calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. All bidders are expected to familiarize themselves with the requirements of the Idaho Code, as amended and concerning bidding. Any bid is required to be submitted under the condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. Refer to other Bidding requirements described in AIA Document A701 - Instructions to Bidders, 2018 edition. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Please make sure to list the bid package you are submitting on. The Cassia County School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in the best interest of Cassia County School District #151. This Project is subject to the provisions of Sections 44-1001 and 44-1002, Idaho Code, dealing with labor preference. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to perform work on this project.
