As of April 24, 2025, the project has been awarded to Weathertight Roofing but awarded amount is not yet available. (3) Scope of work for the Raft River Jr./Sr. High School Re-roof project includes the following: Removal of existing 32,000 square feet of single-ply roof membrane systems and built-up roof systems down to existing roof decks. Roofs to be replaced with new single-ply roof systems with varying thicknesses of roof insulation as indicated on the drawings. Roof replacement work also includes new metal coping, flashings, terminations, gutters and downspouts. Owner requires this Project to be completed in ninety (90) calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. A pre-bid meeting will be held for all Bidders at the project site located at 55 North 1st West, Malta, Idaho 83342 at 2:00 PM local time on April 8, 2025. Bidders are encouraged to attend. All bidders are expected to familiarize themselves with the requirements of the Idaho Code concerning bidding, and bidder's security. Bidders will be required to provide bidder's security in the amount of 5% of the total bid including alternates according to the requirements in AIA Document A701 - Instructions to Bidders, 1997 edition. Bidder's security is required to be in one of the following forms: 1. Cash 2. Cashier's Check, made payable to the Owner. 3. Bidder's Bond executed by a qualified surety company, made payable to the Owner. Bidders are required to provide a 100% Performance Bond, and a 100% Payment Bond. Any bid is required to be submitted under the condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. Refer to other Bidding requirements described in AIA Document A701 - Instructions to Bidders, 1997 edition. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. This Project is subject to the provisions of Sections 44-1001 and 44-1002, Idaho Code, dealing with labor preference.
