Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Monteview, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: One eighty-foot by one hundred twenty foot (80' x 120') double slope metal building; 1:12 roof pitch; Galvalume roof construction; must meet acceptable snow and wind loads; meeting ASI requirement for steel buildings. The site preparation excavation for footings and concrete piers and backfill will be performed by Jefferson County. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho will be required of the successful bidder prior to award of a contract.
