Sir/ Ma'am, I have a solicitation for the demolition of existing outhouse and placement of new vault toilet at Lone Mt Seed Orchard, located approximately 20 mi North of Coeur d' Alene, ID. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. If interested, please fill out the solicitation and the experience questionnaire to be considered. Thank you Period of Performance: 05/01/2025 to 05/01/2026 This project is located at the Lone Mountain Tree Improvement Area (TIA) located on the Coeur d'Alene River Ranger District on the Idaho Panhandle National Forest. The objective is to improve health and safety for employees who work at the site and support increased employee activity at Lone Mountain TIA. Project work consists of the decommissioning/removal of a small existing pit toilet and replacing it with a new prefabricated vault toilet. The vault toilet will be provided by the contractor as part of this contract. The site is approximately 7 miles north of Rathdrum, Idaho on West Seasons Road off on State Highway 41. The site is fenced, and access is through a locked gate located immediately off the paved road. The terrain is flat with little to no elevation change. Installation location of the new vault toilet is easily accessible for vehicles and equipment. The existing vault toilet to be demolished could be accessed and removed by hand, however the pit itself may need equipment to properly rehabilitate. Equipment access may require the removal of trees. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
