Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Coeur D Alene, Idaho. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Base Bid work at Student Union Building (S.U.B.) site to include site demolition, minor grading, boulder retaining wall installation, gabion walls, custom seating, concrete flatwork, and topsoil spreading; Alternate Bid work at Lee-Kildow Hall site to include site demolition, minor grading, drainage installation, concrete flatwork, and topsoil spreading. Owner will provide irrigation and planting work. Not part of the Work: Mechanical, electrical, irrigation, and planting. Plans, specifications, proposal forms and other information are on file for examination at the following locations: State of Idaho Division of Public Works, 502 N. 4th St., Boise, ID 83702 (208) 332-1900 General Contractors may obtain one (1) set of documents via checks payable to Architects West and mailed to Abadan Reprographics, 603 E. 2nd Ave Spokane, WA 99202. Deposits will be returned on receipt of documents for a period of ten days after bid opening, provided they are complete and in clean, usable condition.
