Site work, remodeling and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Jerome, Idaho. Completed plans call for the remodel of a playground / park / athletic field.

The Work consists of 1. Work consists of installation of a new dry-pipe fire suppression system serving the existing Maintenance and Paleontology Lab Building. To serve the existing (+/-5,320 SF) building, a new +/-323 SF pump house and 70,000 gallon water tank will be constructed. Finishes on the existing building will be repaired to the extent needed to facilitate new fire suppression. 2. New pump house design is in keeping with the style and materiality of the existing building - slab on grade with wood frame walls, interior gypsum board finish with ceiling open to structure. Exterior wall finish to be horizontal lap fiber cement siding and roof finish to be standing seam metal. Relocation of existing electrical line required. Work on existing septic tank anticipated. New electrical meter, fire pump, and associated mechanical systems required. 3. All interior work at existing Paleontology Lab Building to be conducted with Park staff present. All cabinets are to be covered with a 10 mil polyethylene tarp by Contractor. Existing shelving with open tops are to be covered with minimum 3/4 inch thick hard material spanning entire open top and 10 mil polyethylene tarp by Contractor. Park Curator will work with Contractor and be present during work. All construction dust and debris generated from work in the Paleo Collections Lab shall be cleaned up at the end of every day. Protect/cover any electrical outlets and vents to prevent dust intrusion in work areas. NPS Minidoka National Historic Site and the Hagerman Fossil beds National Monument site
