Custodial Services, Grounds Management, Plant Operations and Maintenance\ Jerome School District No. 261 is seeking proposals for Custodial Services, Grounds Management, and Plant Operations and Management. The purpose of this RFP is to offer experienced Facilities Management Providers the opportunity to present a thorough and detailed proposal for the contracting of Custodial Services, Grounds Management, Plant Operations and Maintenance (POM), with Integrated Facilities Management capabilities. Our goal is to improve our overall support service operation, enhance quality and service, reduce short-and-long term risk, and optimize efficiency and effectiveness, all while protecting and offering opportunities for our current employees. Evaluation and review will take place March 21st March 31st by a committee deemed appropriate by the Superintendent. The committee will evaluate all proposals and accept the one that is in the best interest of the district. Results will be submitted along with a recommendation of this committee to the Board of Trustees during a Special Board meeting held on April 7th 2025. The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive formalities as they deem to be in the best interest of the district .
