Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Jerome, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a 624-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Project generally consists of constructing a complete 624 sf masonry restroom facility, including foundation, lighting, plumbing, metal roofing, wood trusses and finishes, and other work incidental to the project. Bids will be received on a lump sum basis for the contract for the project. In determining the lowest responsive bid, the Owner will consider all acceptable bids on a basis consistent with the bid package. The Owner will also consider whether the bidder is a responsible bidder. All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashiers check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to Owner as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the Owner.
